脈沖袋式除塵器是在引進傳統除塵器技術基礎上,吸收德國除塵器技術優點,生產的高效率除塵器。集合分室反吹和噴吹脈沖等類型除塵器的優點,采用高能清灰和分式結構離線清灰,具有清灰強度大、速度快、循環周期短等特點。
1、產品結構
脈沖袋式除塵器(或稱‘除塵袋’)主要由噴吹管、電磁脈沖閥、氣包、文氏管、濾袋框架、控制儀、排灰裝置、除塵箱體、除塵濾袋、灰斗、支架、花板等結構組成,其產品結構示意圖如下:
2、工作原理
除塵器的主要工作原理如下:
含塵氣體由灰斗上部進風口進入后,在擋風板的作用下,氣流向上流動;
流速降低,部分大顆粒粉塵由于慣性力的作用被分離出來后落入灰斗;
含塵氣體進入中箱體經濾袋的過濾凈化,粉塵被阻留在濾袋的外表面;
凈化后的氣體經濾袋口進入上箱體,由出風口排出;
隨著濾袋表面粉塵的不斷增加,除塵器進出口的壓差也隨之上升;當除塵器阻力達到設定值時,控制系統發出清灰指令,清灰系統開始工作;通過電磁閥的開啟,實現清灰。
